Awakening to your "new day" can seem farfetched or even out of your ability to obtain. Have you ever prayed for a new beginning? I remember being in my most unbearable times, those days were suffocating and emotionally exhausting. The weight of depression was tangible, crying myself to sleep was a regular bedtime occurrence.
Unrelenting disappointments leaves you heartsick, but a sudden good break can turn your life around. Proverbs 13:12 AMP.
Cycles of depressions and loneliness will continue to circulate until we decide to live beyond our brokenness. No matter how many times people tell you that you can do better or how valuable you are to life itself, you must first believe it!
There's POWER in your confession and AUTHORITY in your decree!
We often sink ourselves in situations that we cannot change. We cannot change the death of a loved one, we cannot change another person's decision to live their life without us and we cannot change the trauma that we endured in the past. Although we can change our mind set for tomorrow!
I've tried covering up my pain with new clothes, new cars or even a new man; replacements of things or people are temporary fixes. Seeking out joy and happiness from other people will soon disappoint you. We are not delivered from the spirit of loneliness or depression by associating ourselves with other people or things; we are set free by being FILLED with Christs' presence and his indescribable peace! To gain freedom you must activate the power of your confession and move in your authority! When Christ opened my understanding, I realized peace and joy is my God given gift; now this is abundant living!!
If you're ready to thrive beyond your brokenness, rise up and speak to your tomorrow. Settle in your spirit that yesterday is not worth your daily rehearsal time, instead ask God to reveal your tomorrow's destiny moments! You may never get the apology or even understand why you were treated unfairly. Make a choice to refuse to remain a hostage to loneliness and depression then begin your journey to thrive in your tomorrow!
If you're circling around the mountain call "old hurt" you're missing out on living! Create new memories and find contentment in loving yourself! We are permitted one life on earth; you might as well live it free from the bondages of despair!
My prayer is that the joy of God surrounds you as His beautiful peace finds you in your weakest moment!
